2. Nature and Form of Refunds
Refunds issued by Syncara Host are provided exclusively in the form of Syncara Credits.
Credits are a virtual, non‑withdrawable balance stored on your Syncara Host account and may be used only for purchasing or renewing Syncara Host services.
Refunds are never issued as:
- Cash
- Bank transfer
- E‑wallet balance
- Cryptocurrency
- Physical compensation
- Any monetary or financial instrument
By using our services, you expressly waive any right to request cash‑based refunds under any scenario.
3. Refund Eligibility Through Cancel Plan
Refunds are available only when a user voluntarily cancels an active service using the automated Cancel Plan feature.
Refunds will be issued when:
- The service is still active at the moment of cancellation,
- The cancellation is done through the official dashboard,
- Unused days remain in the billing cycle.
Refunds will not be issued when:
- The service has already expired,
- The service is suspended or terminated for policy violations,
- Cancellation attempts occur outside the dashboard,
- The user requests a manual refund via support.
All refunds occur automatically and exclusively through system calculation.
4. Prorated Refund Calculation
Refunds are calculated based on remaining days in your current billing cycle:
Refund Credits = (Remaining Days ÷ Total Billing Days) × Amount Paid
Additional conditions:
- Refund calculations are fully automated.
- Calculations are final and cannot be contested.
- Staff cannot manually adjust or override the system.
- No negotiations, exceptions, or appeals are permitted.
This ensures fairness, transparency, and legal compliance in accordance with Indonesia’s electronic transaction principles.
5. Non‑Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted for:
- User dissatisfaction or personal preference,
- Lack of technical skill or misconfiguration by the user,
- Issues caused by mods, plugins, third‑party software, or external tools,
- Downtime due to necessary maintenance,
- Purchases made incorrectly by the user,
- Lack of awareness regarding renewal dates,
- Account suspension for Terms of Service violations,
- Any attempt to obtain a real‑money refund,
- Chargebacks or disputes initiated with payment providers.
In accordance with Indonesian law, digital services delivered as promised are non‑refundable unless stated otherwise by the provider.
6. Anti‑Abuse and Fraud Prevention
Syncara Host reserves the right to restrict or deny refunds for accounts exhibiting misuse or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
- Repeated creation and cancellation of services for credit farming,
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit refund mechanics,
- Attempts to force manual refunds outside the approved system,
- Filing chargebacks through banks or payment processors.
Any chargeback results in:
- Immediate account termination,
- Permanent loss of all credits,
- Forfeiture of all active and future services,
- A permanent ban from Syncara Host.
7. Final Legal Provisions
- This Refund Policy supersedes all verbal, informal, or unpublished statements.
- This policy is legally valid and enforceable in Indonesia.
- Syncara Host may revise or update this policy at any time.
- Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the latest version.
- All users are responsible for reviewing updates to this policy.
