Terms of Service — Syncara Host

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Syncara Host (“we”, “our”, “the Company”) and any individual or entity (“you”, “the User”) who accesses, purchases, activates, or uses any service provided by Syncara Host.
By using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full, without exception.


1. Definitions

“Services” refer to all hosting, compute, infrastructure, panel access, billing, product offerings, and any digital service provided by Syncara Host.
“Account” refers to the customer profile created by the User.
“Abuse” refers to any activity violating these Terms, applicable laws, or causing harm to our systems, network, users, or reputation.
“Suspension” means temporary deactivation of a service or account.
“Termination” means permanent deletion or cancellation of service or account.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Syncara Host services.
Users under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent.


3. Use of Services

You agree to use Syncara Host services responsibly and legally.
You must not:

  • Host malware, phishing websites, scam pages, or harmful content.
  • Perform or participate in DDoS attacks.
  • Run illegal activities, fraud, or cybercrime.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any system or panel.
  • Host copyrighted material illegally.
  • Disrupt or overload our infrastructure or other users.
  • Bypass, disable, or manipulate security protections.

Any action that violates laws or these Terms will be classified as abuse.


4. Abuse Policy & Immediate Termination Clause

Syncara Host enforces strict rules to protect infrastructure, customers, and our reputation.

4.1 Zero-Tolerance for Abuse

If you engage in any form of abuse—including but not limited to cyberattacks, hosting malicious content, fraud, illegal activity, or disruption—Syncara Host will take immediate action.

4.2 Immediate Removal Without Prior Notice

If abuse is detected:

We reserve the full right to suspend, disable, or permanently delete your services or your entire account immediately and without prior notice.

This includes:

  • Instant shutdown of services
  • Permanent deletion of files or server data
  • Account suspension
  • IP null-routing
  • Blacklisting
  • Revocation of future service eligibility

You agree that Syncara Host is not required to:

  • Provide warnings
  • Offer a grace period
  • Allow backups
  • Provide refunds

4.3 Cooperation With Law Enforcement

If abuse escalates to a legal matter, including but not limited to cybercrime, fraud, identity theft, attacks on public infrastructure, or any offense under Indonesian law:

Syncara Host reserves the right to provide your data to law enforcement, government agencies, or regulatory authorities when legally requested or when required to support investigations.

This includes:

  • IP logs
  • Account metadata
  • Usage logs
  • Payment records
  • Communication history relevant to the case

Such actions comply fully with Indonesian laws including UU ITE, UU PDP, and PP 71/2019.

4.4 Non-Refundability for Abuse

Any service terminated due to abuse is not eligible for refunds, credits, or compensation.


5. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own data.
Syncara Host is not responsible for data loss resulting from:

  • Abuse-related termination
  • Hardware failure
  • User error
  • Misconfiguration
  • Force majeure

We do not guarantee data recovery after suspension or termination.


6. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

  • All services must be paid in advance.
  • Unpaid invoices may lead to automatic suspension or deletion.
  • Refunds follow the official Syncara Host Refund Policy.
  • Abuse termination voids eligibility for refunds or credits.

7. Service Availability & Technical Limitations

While Syncara Host aims to offer stable uptime, you acknowledge that:

  • Occasional downtime may occur.
  • No hosting provider can guarantee 100% uptime.
  • Syncara Host is not liable for downtime-related losses.

8. Limitation of Liability

Syncara Host is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Downtime
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Third-party failures
  • Attacks beyond reasonable control

Our maximum liability never exceeds what you paid for the service involved.


9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Updates will be provided via:

  • Website announcements
  • Dashboard notifications
  • Email

Continued use of our services means acceptance of updated Terms.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes will be handled through:

  1. Internal resolution
  2. Mediation if applicable
  3. Indonesian courts if required

11. Acceptance

By using Syncara Host services, you fully accept and agree to these Terms.
If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue usage immediately.
